catch of the -day- moment:

I Need This! ;-)

Rarely does anyone come out with a killer product as good as this. The site says:

"The patented formula in WiFi Speed Spray is the result of years of scientific research and testing. Simply spray the area around your computer. Usually five or six sprays is all it takes. As your computer sends data, each bit also carries hundreds of invisible WiFi Speed Spray? "scrubbing" molecules. It works at the speed of light. and even penetrates lead walls (not even Superman can do that!). Within .0025 seconds, the entire path between you and the receiver is cleaned, scrubbed, polished, and sanitized. You'll notice the improvement immediately as your productivity soars!"

"Approved by the FCC, and 802.11b compliant! Compatible with Windows and most versions of Linux."

Brilliant! Too bad it's not a real product...
Check it out! (From the venerable J-Walk, via Gizmodo)

Pleasing Women in the Caribbean

Mr. Daly's GUM practice sentence 20: I know what women like, why they like it, and how to give it to them.
Mr (T) Shaw: What the ff... I take no responsibility for this, class... o.O

Mr. (T) Shaw: Anyone know where the caribbean is??
Glenn: Uh, there are black people there, right?
Mr. (T) Shaw: Yes, there are one or two black people... No, don't worry, that's not racist...

Damnit,

I haven't been posting as much as I want to here or on my tech blog.
Anyway, today was a nice day. I turned in my portfolio (damned thing, but I'm proud of it.) and in drama, we watched Big Night. It's a great cooking movie (cooking is cool, anyone who says otherwise is a traitor terrorist loser), as is Mostly Martha (German, with subtitles). Now, to work, while I try to chase thoughts of wanting to be a chef out of my mind...
Out...

Porn Club!

Me: Would it be possible to have, like, a pyrotechnics club? `Cause that would be awesome...
Mr. Hemminger: That's just about as likely as a porn club...

What Does Google Think?

Here's a site I came across a while ago and totally forgot: Googlism. Now you can finally find the opinion of the world and harness it to easily find out more about, well, your sock, for instance...

What's Cooler Than Using RSS Feeds?

What's cooler than using RSS feeds? Being subscribed to your own and seeing it update when you post! I'm such a narcissist... for exaple, I gave Mimi a picture of me as her wallpaper (Mimi is my cellphone and naming inanimate objects is cool, so shut up!)... I guarantee you that I will be eagerly waiting with my mouse poised over where the alert box from my RSS reader pops up as soon as I post this..., right abouuuuuut.... NOW!

Just to Make You Paranoid...

Ever wonder how easy it would be to find out insane amounts of information about you? Or how easy it is for the government or someone to track you? How many fingerprints do you leave in a day? How many hairs do you leave behind, bearing all your DNA? What if someone cloned you without your knowing it?
Crazy, huh?

Sad...

I started thinking about my senior friends leaving today. I don't think I even completely realize how much I will miss them. I really don't want this year to end...

This is a test of using a free program called Hello to send a picture and caption to Blogger (one of the cool new features). Lets see how well it works...

Learning CSS and stuff...

I think I'm getting the hang of the whole CSS thing and the template. I've been messing around with it for a bit and its fairly simple. I need some tutorials for more complex stuff though... Anyone?
